Founded and led by father-and-son team Robert “Bobby” Moore and Corey Moore, we deliver honest pricing, modern payment technology, and genuine local support to help Virginia businesses keep more of what they earn.
Bobby Moore
U.S. Army Veteran • Co-Founder
Bobby met his wife Jacquie while serving in the Army. They have been married for 38 years and are the proud parents of three children — Corey, Kaitlyn, and Jared — and grandparents to Levi and Ruby.
After a successful career in business development and operations across the Mid-Atlantic, Bobby co-founded PayRVA with a clear mission: give Virginia merchants transparent pricing, powerful tools, and real local partnership.
Clients know him for his straightforward approach, quick response times, and willingness to show up in person whenever needed.
Corey Moore
Growth Systems Lead
Corey helps run PayRVA’s merchant relationships, Growth Hub tools, websites, automations, and business systems. His focus is helping Richmond businesses keep more of what they earn while giving them better tools to operate, follow up, and grow.
